How do I access my patterns after checkout?+
Check your inbox for your Whop receipt and Stitchmori welcome message. Open the library and choose Continue with Whop using your checkout email. Browse any of the 15 categories, open a design, and choose Download PDF. You do not need a separate Stitchmori password.
I paid but my library is locked. What should I do?+
Use the same Whop account as your receipt. Wait a moment, then choose Check my access again in the library. If it stays locked, contact Stitchmori. Please do not purchase again.
Is this a subscription?+
No. The displayed $29 price is a one-time payment. There are no recurring subscription payments for the pattern library.

Yes. Future additions to this library are included in your purchase. We don’t promise a fixed number of new patterns or a monthly release schedule.

Your purchase includes ongoing access to this pattern collection and future additions to it. You can download the files and keep your downloaded copies for your own stitching projects.
Are these suitable for beginners?+
The collection contains different sizes and levels of detail. If you’re new to cross-stitch, start with a smaller, simpler design and check its stitch count, colors, and instructions. Detailed bookshops and large designs can be more involved.
What supplies will I need?+
You’ll need fabric, embroidery thread, a needle, and your usual stitching tools. Check the individual pattern for its thread colors and dimensions before buying supplies. These materials are not included.
Are the framed pieces and hoops included?+
No. The images are design previews and finishing inspiration. Your purchase is for digital patterns; frames, hoops, supplies, and finished pieces are not included.
Can I use the patterns in a stitching app?+
App support depends on the individual file and the app you use. Compatibility with Pattern Keeper or other stitching apps has not been verified, so please don’t purchase on that assumption.
